Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Nell is operated by FuriTech Ltd., Israel ("we"). Questions or requests: noam@furitech.me.
2. What Nell collects and why

We do not collect ID numbers, card numbers or passwords. If you send one, Nell tells you to delete it and does not use it.
3. Gmail
If you choose to connect your Gmail account, Nell asks Google for read-only access (gmail.readonly). Nell uses it only to:
- check new emails for scams and phishing and warn you on WhatsApp;
- tell you about bills and payment notices and explain them simply;
- answer you when you ask Nell to look at your recent emails.
To do this Nell reads each email's sender, subject and a short preview, and checks any links. Nell never sends, deletes, changes or labels email. We keep only a short record of emails that were flagged (sender, subject, our one-line summary and verdict) so Nell doesn't warn you twice. Your Google access token is stored encrypted.
Nell's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular: we use Gmail data only to provide the features above; we do not sell it; we do not use it for advertising; we do not use it to train or improve general AI models; and no person reads it unless you ask us to (for example for support), it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
You can disconnect at any time by telling Nell "disconnect my email", or in your Google account under Security → Third-party connections. Disconnecting deletes the stored token and email records.
4. Who processes your data for us

We do not sell your data and do not share it for advertising.
5. Phone calls
When Nell calls a clinic, pharmacy or office for you, she says she is an AI assistant calling on your behalf. Nell never gives your ID number or payment details on a call. The call is transcribed so Nell can tell you what was agreed.
6. Your choices and rights
- Say "forget everything" to Nell to delete what she remembers and your message history.
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or full deletion of your account at noam@furitech.me. We answer within 30 days.
- Choose what your family member sees: alerts only, alerts and a weekly summary, or more.
We process personal data in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; tokens are encrypted separately; access is limited to what's needed to run the service.
8. Age
Nell is for adults (18+).
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, Nell will tell you on WhatsApp before the change takes effect.
