Terms of Use
1. The service
Nell, operated by FuriTech Ltd. (Israel), is an AI helper for older adults available on WhatsApp, by phone and at nell.furitech.me. Nell checks suspicious messages, explains letters and bills, sends reminders, keeps family informed as you choose, can place phone calls for you after you confirm, and — if you connect it — reads your Gmail to warn about scams and bills.
2. Nell is a helper, not a professional
Nell can make mistakes. Her scam checks are a strong second opinion, not a guarantee. Nell does not give medical, legal or financial advice and never tells you medication doses — ask your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency call 101 (Magen David Adom) or 100 (police).
3. What you agree to
- You are 18 or older and use your own phone number, or you are setting Nell up for a family member who agrees to it.
- You won't use Nell to harm, deceive or harass anyone, or for anything illegal.
- When you ask Nell to call someone for you, you confirm you're allowed to make that request.
4. Family members
A family member connected to your account receives only the alerts and summaries you agreed to. You can change or remove this at any time by telling Nell.
5. Messages and calls
By signing up you agree to receive WhatsApp messages, SMS sign-in codes and, if you use these features, phone calls from Nell. Reply "stop" or tell Nell at any time to stop.
6. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Nell available and accurate but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, FuriTech Ltd. is not liable for losses caused by relying on Nell's answers, missed or late messages, or third-party services (WhatsApp, Twilio, Google, OpenAI) being unavailable.
8. Ending
You can stop using Nell and ask us to delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel; courts in Tel Aviv have jurisdiction.
